MARS PRESENCE OVERVIEW
──────────────────────
DoJoCo has operated on Mars since 2006, when we were awarded
the primary atmospheric infrastructure contract for what was
then designated Kasei Vallis Settlement Zone 1 — KV-1 on
engineering schematics, though everyone has called it Kasei
for as long as anyone can remember.
Twenty years later, we remain the settlement's primary
life-support infrastructure partner.
We are not the Consolidated Martian Authority. We are not
a government. We are a company that builds the systems
people depend on to breathe, to live, and eventually —
if TerraForm Research has anything to say about it —
to walk outside.

MARS OPERATIONS PERSONNEL
─────────────────────────
Working on Mars is not for everyone. Our Mars-side team
are the best in the business — engineers, scientists,
and technicians who understand that their work is not
abstract. When an atmospheric array runs at 81% efficiency,
that is 2,200 people breathing.
Rotations are 18 months. Compensation includes full
hazard differential, transit allowance, and DoJoCo
pension accrual at 2.4x Earth rate.
